Right before I left today, Rachel, one of the attorneys, told me not to party too hard this weekend. We laughed and I told her I had no idea what she was talking about. She said she heard a story from Gabi. -___- FML, apparently we’re in high school again and she thinks that when I’m not being professional and helping the firm I’m puking my guts out and passing out on couches.
I also said that the only thing I get hammered on is reading textbooks… well at least being seen as lame is better than being seen as irresponsible. Then, I don’t know if it was as punishment or as a reward, she gave me this huge book on New York Commercial Litigation to read…. Yeah, probably as punishment.
